Because our guides are digital products delivered to you immediately, all sales are final once your guide has been delivered, except where:

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital content (for example, the 14-day right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU): by completing checkout and choosing to receive your guide immediately by download, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, since the content has been fully supplied to you.
