Double Soul Space ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit doublesoulspace.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what choices you have.

• Email address — when you sign up for free sample pages, a discount code, or make a purchase.
• Payment information — when you buy a guide, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.

We also collect a small amount of information automatically — general device and browser information — through our hosting provider (Vercel), for security and basic site performance.

2. Why we process your information (legal basis)

• To fulfill your order and deliver your guide — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To keep the Site secure and working properly — our legitimate interest.
• To email you about new guides or updates — only with your consent; you can withdraw it anytime.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the guide(s) or free pages you requested
• To send your discount code and confirm your order
• To occasionally email you about new guides or updates — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To keep the Site secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this Site:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Forms/Sheets) — collecting email sign-ups
• Resend — sending order confirmation and update emails
• Vercel — website hosting

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to do their job, and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. Some of these providers may process data outside your country of residence (including in the United States); where required, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for these transfers.

5. Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is temporarily remembered in your browser (using session storage) so it doesn't disappear if you refresh the page. This is not used for tracking or advertising, and clears when you close your browser tab.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (typically several years, as required by law). You can ask us to delete other personal data (like marketing-list emails) at any time, subject to the retention needs described above.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you (for example, under GDPR if you're in the EU/UK, or CCPA/CPRA if you're in California). To exercise any of these rights, email us — see Contact below. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

8. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
